Open the FixRally app, browse the available service categories (Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, etc.), select the service you need, pick a date and time from the calendar, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with your assigned professional's details.
All professionals on FixRally undergo a thorough background check, license verification, and skills assessment. They must maintain a minimum rating to stay active on the platform. We continuously monitor performance and customer feedback.
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule a booking from the app up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a small fee. Go to "My Bookings" and tap the booking you'd like to modify.
FixRally accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. You can manage your payment methods in the app's Settings section.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a service, you can report the issue through the app within 48 hours. Our support team will review your case and arrange a resolution, which may include a re-service or refund.
You can request account deletion from the app's Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email us at ronmediainfo@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 7 business days.
