- Always verify the professional's identity by checking their FixRally profile photo and name when they arrive.
- Review ratings and past customer feedback before confirming a booking.
- Keep valuable items secured in areas not being serviced.
- Use the in-app messaging system for all communications.
- Report any concerns immediately through the app's safety features.
Reporting a Safety Concern
If you experience any safety issue during or after a service, please report it immediately:
- In-App: Go to "My Bookings" > select the booking > tap "Report an Issue"
- Email: Contact us at ronmediainfo@gmail.com with the subject "Safety Report"
All safety reports are treated with the highest priority and investigated within 24 hours.
