- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App ("User Content"), including task descriptions, equipment details, documents, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is the property of Ronmedia and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
NestCare is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of maintenance suggestions or task recommendations
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- The suitability of the App for any particular purpose
- The security of your data beyond our reasonable commercial efforts
The maintenance suggestions provided by NestCare are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for significant home maintenance or repair work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ronmedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Property damage resulting from reliance on the App's suggestions
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions or downtime
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronmedia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account and discontinue use at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ronmedia operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
