Service Providers on our platform are independent contractors. While we vet and verify professionals, FixRally does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. We encourage users to review ratings and reviews before booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixRally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on FixRally are owned by or licensed to Ronmedia Team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
9. Dispute Resolution

10. Termination
